Orders placed before 2 PM ET on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays are dispatched the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email the moment it ships.
All orders ship from within the United States. Once dispatched, domestic deliveries typically arrive within 2–5 business days depending on your location and the carrier’s network. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update in the carrier’s system after dispatch.
Every order ships in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside. Items are packed to protect product integrity in transit.
