01All sales are final

Because our products are research materials whose integrity depends on controlled handling, temperature, and storage, all sales are final. Once an order has shipped, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened or unopened items.

This policy protects every researcher by ensuring that no material that has left our controlled environment is ever resold.

02Damaged or incorrect orders

We stand behind every order. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ioncompounds.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

03Refunds

Where a refund is approved (for example, a verified damaged or incorrect order), it is issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

04Cancellations

Need to cancel or change an order? Email us as soon as possible. We dispatch quickly, so we can only modify or cancel an order before it has shipped. Once an order is dispatched it can no longer be changed.
